Karen knows Real Estate from the inside out - literally! Her years of experience in the home building industry gives her a real edge when dealing with the sales end of the finished product. Karen was formerly part-owner of a local construction company, and she and her partner, have built many fine custom homes in the area. Her unique qualifications combine to offer her clients helpful advise on the quality of construction and/or possible remodeling ideas and estimates when determining how much they should offer for a property.
